Sweet & Maxwell are looking for legally qualified freelancers to write and update commercial precedents material.

This off-site work would suit someone who has solid knowledge and experience in non contentious commercial matters advising clients on business transactions - e.g. mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, confidentiality agreements.  We're ideally looking for someone who has had 5 years experience of drafting precedents.  This work can complement someone working full time as a professional support lawyer.
