Existing Orders & Deliveries

We aim to deliver your order within three to five working days of availability. If you want to track the progress or status of your order, please contact our Customer Service team, who can also provide you with proof of delivery if required.

You can only change an order for an in-stock item on the day that the order was placed: contact our Customer Service team with your order number, and they will update or change your order as required.

To change an order for an in-stock item after the day on which it was ordered, please wait for it to be delivered, then return it in accordance with our returns policy.

Orders out-of-stock items, or those not yet published, can be changed at any time before the item is in stock or has been published.
