Charge by release
Some Sweet & Maxwell looseleaf publications are sold on a “charge by release” basis. When we receive your initial order for the looseleaf mainwork, we will register you for the updating service, and we will send you each new updating release when it is published, along with an invoice. You can cancel this updating service at any time. Write to us, with the name of the looseleaf publication, at:
Sweet & Maxwell
PO Box 1000
Andover
SP10 9AF
Or by email:
Or fax
Annual subscription service
The annual subscription service is used for a wide-range of looseleafs, digital products and journals. The annual subscription includes all updating material published for a publication during the year. We will contact you each year to find out if you want to renew your subscription.
Annual Subscription services can be either ‘Calendar year’ subscriptions that run from January to December or ‘Any Time Start’ during the year.
Supplements and new editions
Many of our publications have cumulative updating supplements, and several of our titles are fully revised and updated regularly. The simplest way to get these supplements or new editions as soon as they are published is to set up a standing order arrangement. To do this, contact our customer service department.
You will be charged each time a product is sent. You can cancel your standing order at any time by writing to us, saying which standing order you want to cancel, at:
Sweet & Maxwell
PO Box 1000
Andover
SP10 9AF
Or by email:
Or fax
Trade customers should place standing orders on behalf of their customers when ordering the original edition.
Bound volume service (BVS)
We can supply you with a hardbound and indexed volume containing all issues of a journal during a subscription year for an additional fee – and you don’t have to return your original issues. The BVS is excellent value for money and an easy way to avoid misplacing individual issues.
Binders are also available for some periodicals for a small additional cost, so that you can file and protect individual issues.
For further information, call us on Tel 0845 600 9355.
